Terms and Conditions
Last updated: 16 October 2026
These terms explain the rules for using TechCore. Please read them together with our Privacy Policy, which explains what data we collect and why.
1. Agreement to these terms
TechCore (“TechCore”, “we”, “us”) provides the TechCore rendering studio and related pages (the “Service”). By signing in to or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you use the Service for a business, you confirm that you are allowed to accept these Terms on its behalf, and “you” includes that business.
If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. The service
TechCore is a browser-based tool for jewelry visualisation. It lets you load 3D models (including .glb, .gltf, .fbx, .obj, .stl and .3dm files), apply metal and stone materials, and export still images, 360° turntable videos, batch renders, PDF product sheets, 3D models and Rhino .3dm files. It also lets you create share links so others can view a render.
Most rendering and file conversion runs inside your own browser on your own device. Some features, such as share links and video encoding, send data to our servers, as described in the Privacy Policy.
3. Accounts
- Accounts are created by TechCore on request. You must give accurate details and keep them up to date.
- Your account is for you alone. Do not share your username or password, and do not let others use your session.
- Only one active session is allowed per account. Signing in on a new device or browser signs out the previous one.
- You are responsible for activity under your account. Tell us promptly if you think someone else has accessed it.
- The studio is designed for desktop and laptop computers. Phones and tablets may be turned away.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to, and not to help anyone else to:
- copy, reverse engineer, decompile, decode, extract or attempt to obtain the source code, shaders, materials, presets or other internal parts of the Service;
- inspect or tamper with the studio using browser developer tools, debuggers, proxies or similar tools;
- access the Service with bots, scrapers, headless browsers, emulators or other automation, or try to get around usage limits;
- interfere with, overload or probe the security of the Service or its infrastructure;
- upload files you do not have the right to use, or files containing malware or unlawful material;
- use the Service or its outputs to infringe anyone’s intellectual property, or for any unlawful purpose;
- resell, sublicense or provide the Service to others as a service, unless we have agreed to this in writing.
5. Security monitoring and suspension
To protect the Service, it automatically detects certain activity, including the opening of browser developer tools and the use of automation or emulated devices.
Important: if this activity is detected, your session may be ended and your account suspended immediately and automatically, without prior notice. Details of the event (such as time, IP address and browser) are recorded and may be sent to our administrators. If you think a suspension was a mistake, contact us and we will review it.
6. Usage limits
Some features have fair-use limits. At present, “Render All” batch rendering is limited to 150 batches per account in any 12-hour window. We may change limits, or enable or disable them for particular accounts, to keep the Service reliable for everyone.
7. Your content
“Your content” means the models, images, presets and other files you load, and the renders, videos, sheets and files you create with the Service.
- You keep ownership of your content. We claim no ownership of your designs.
- You give TechCore a limited, non-exclusive licence to store, copy, process and display your content only as needed to run the Service for you. This includes encoding videos and hosting scenes you choose to share.
- You confirm that you have the rights needed to upload your content and to let us process it this way.
- You are responsible for keeping your own copies of your files.
8. Share links
When you create a share link, the scene (model, materials, background and lighting) is uploaded and anyone who has the link can view it without signing in. Only share links with people you trust with that design. You are responsible for who you share links with. To have a link switched off, contact us.
9. Conversions, measurements and estimates
Dimensions, ring sizes, metal weights, stone counts and carat values shown in the studio or in PDF sheets are estimates calculated from the 3D mesh. They are not certified measurements.
Always check converted files, measurements, weights and carat values yourself before using them for manufacturing, casting, pricing, quotations or sales. TechCore is not responsible for losses caused by relying on them without checking.
10. Our property
The Service, including its software, design, materials, presets, stone and metal libraries, logos and the TechCore name, belongs to TechCore or its licensors and is protected by law. We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to use the Service under these Terms. All other rights are reserved.
Renders and files you create with the Service are yours to use. Our logo may appear on outputs where the Service applies it.
11. Third-party names and software
Rhino, Rhinoceros and other product names are trademarks of their respective owners. TechCore is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by them. We refer to them only to describe the file formats the Service supports. The Service also uses third-party software libraries, which are subject to their own licences.
12. Availability and changes to the service
We work to keep the Service running, but it may sometimes be unavailable, slow or changed, for example during maintenance or because of problems with our hosting or storage providers. We may add, change or remove features at any time.
13. Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent the law allows, we make no promises that it will be uninterrupted, error-free or fit for a particular purpose, or that conversions, renders or estimates will be accurate or complete.
14. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, TechCore will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or for loss of profits, revenue, business, goodwill or data, arising from your use of the Service.
Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid TechCore for the Service in the three months before the claim arose. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
15. Suspension and termination
You may stop using the Service at any time and ask us to close your account. We may suspend or close your account, or limit access, if you break these Terms, if your use puts the Service or others at risk, or if we are required to by law. Sections 7 to 16 continue to apply after your account ends.
16. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising from them or from the Service will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.
17. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will change the “Last updated” date above, and for significant changes we will take reasonable steps to let you know. If you continue to use the Service after changes take effect, you accept the updated Terms.
